研究工作主要集中在新型纳米载体和聚合物载体作为药物递送系统的设计和应用。在最近的研究中,我们发展了新的配体修饰的阳离子聚合物载体系统,用于提高DNA或siRNA在EGFR高表达肿瘤细胞中的转染效率和表达效果。我们还研究利用纳米技术来提高难溶性药物的溶解性和生物利用度,赋予这些药物靶向、缓释特征。我们探寻通过利用这些纳米递送系统来提高药物的体内外输运效率,从而达到可以显著改善一些重大疾病例如癌症的治疗效果。

1999年毕业于郑州大学药学院,获得理学学士学位;2005年毕业于沈阳药科大学,获得药剂学专业博士学位;2005-2007年在在清华大学生物学博士后流动站从事博士后研究;2007年进入完美体育·(中国)官方网站工作。
