本人学术方向为老龄化患者群体的围术期器官保护，通过：①基础研究（lab research）：探寻衰老相关多器官功能保护的机制或相关靶点，为优化老年患者的临床围术期管理提供创新型理论基础；②临床研究：通过各类回顾性和前瞻性研究探索有助于改善老龄化患者群体手术预后的精准麻醉策略；③AI大数据分析：借助机器学习等技术构建老龄化相关的术后不良事件临床预测模型和解释模型，结合多中心临床验证研究对所构建模型进行验证和推广。
